Overview
The Lubao Bamboo Hub in Barangay Sta. Catalina began as a riverbank restoration project and grew into a bamboo training center and eco-park. A ₱28-million upgrade funded by the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority added a hanging bridge, a floating restaurant and a wider, landscaped park, and the provincial government is planning further phases.
