Overview
Sugar magnate Don Alejandro Lopez built this mansion in 1929. It is reported to be the first all-concrete house in Pampanga, and the 1935 telephone directory called it the Pride of Guagua, Pampanga.
After restoration in 2016 it reopened as The Guagua Mansion, an events venue, so access depends on bookings.
