Overview

Bale Dutung ("house of wood") is the Tayag family's home in Villa Gloria Subdivision, Angeles City, opened to guests as a private dining space. The Department of Tourism's Central Luzon guide lists it as reservations only, with a focus on Kapampangan cooking traditions.

The menu has been built around multi-course Kapampangan degustations and a full-course lechon meal, which makes it better suited to planned group meals than a casual drop-in. Book ahead through the official Facebook or Instagram page.
