Overview
The Sinukwan Festival celebrates Kapampangan language, history and identity with a week of competitions in San Fernando, from a quiz bee and poetry to the coronation of the Lakan and Lakambini. It ends with a grand street dance parade, with contingents of up to 120 performers reinterpreting the folk song "Atin Cu Pung Singsing". Watching the parade from the street is free.
