Clark is not only a gateway airport. Its hotels have quietly built one of the more varied food scenes in Pampanga, and one roadside Kapampangan kitchen holds its own beside them.

Cantonese at Wu Xing

At Clark Marriott Hotel, Wu Xing cooks modern Cantonese food with duck as the signature, paired with wines and teas. It opens for lunch and dinner every day.

Charcoal at Smoki Moto

Upstairs in spirit, if not in floor plan, Smoki Moto is the same hotel's Korean restaurant, built around sutbul, meat grilled over charcoal, with Black Angus beef and views across the Freeport Zone.

Seafood nights at Markt

Over at Swissôtel Clark, Markt runs All You Can Sea, a seafood buffet with Asian and Mediterranean touches on selected Saturdays through December 2026.

Taiwanese at Midori

Midori Clark Hotel and Casino brings Taiwanese cooking to Clark at Penglai on its second floor.

Sisig at Matam-ih

Then leave the hotels for Matam-ih on M.A. Roxas Highway. The name is an Aeta word for delicious, and the cooking is plainly Kapampangan. Order the sisig, the dish that made this province famous.
