November in Pampanga starts with Undas, the days when families visit their dead, and ends with the first lanterns of the Christmas season. In between come town fiestas, weekend fairs in Clark and a busy month of road races.
Holidays and long weekends
- November 1 (Sunday), All Saints' Day, and November 2 (Monday), All Souls' Day, are special non-working days in 2026.

If you plan to stay over either long weekend, book early.

Sinukwan Festival
Sinukwan Festival in the City of San Fernando celebrates Kapampangan identity over a week in late November and ends with a street dance parade. The 2026 dates have not been announced yet.
The start of lantern season
San Fernando is known as the home of the giant lanterns. Barangay Santa Lucia took part in the first Giant Lantern Festival in 1931, and a Santa Lucia lantern built in 1957 became the model for the electric parul Sampernandu sold since 1964. The festival itself is held in mid-December: if lanterns are the reason for your trip, plan it for December.
